We have an exciting opportunity within the home textiles company, who are looking for an Admin Assistant to join their team.
The Admin Assistant will report into the Merchandiser.
ResponsibilitiesRaising and amending purchase ordersChecking and amending data from the customers and suppliers on the in-house systemRunning reports for account managers and merchandisers to reviewAssisting with new product set upAssisting with additional ad-hoc administrative tasksQualificationsExcellent Microsoft skills, particularly ExcelStrong organisational and multitasking abilities.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbalAdditional Information This is a hybrid working position.
