Perform the duties normally associated with this role as well as any further requirements the Employer may have of the Employee. The Employee will be required to perform the job to a certain standard of performance, details of which may be discussed with the Employee from time to time. The Employee will naturally be required to perform the job competently, efficiently and diligently.In broader terms the Employee will be required to assist in whatever manner necessary to maintain the smooth operation of the business; to provide and excellent standard of service to clients/members. The Employee may also be required to perform duties not directly related to the Employee role as and when dictated by the requirements of the business.The Employee will be required to engage in multiple roles. Depending on the role, the Employee will have accountability for the tasks as described in the role description. Detailed role descriptions and will be made available to the Employee.KEY DUTIES:1.1. Liaising with clients to create and maintain a close professional relationship with them, their employees, system users and professional teams.1.2. Assisting the REDi technical and support teams when required by notifying support of any support issues brought to their attention by the client and assisting with resolving and testing these issues if necessary.1.3. Assisting the product development team when necessary in quality testing new client / product functionality.1.4. Monitoring of system suitability and support levels.1.5. Providing the necessary follow up client / user training.1.6. Assisting the Product Managers when required by completing requirements analysis and the necessary documentation.1.7. Overall project management for all your client projects.1.8. Compliance with all appropriate processes and policies as signed off, as well as any and all other company procedures which apply to all REDi employees.1.9. Travelling to Clients Premises for Account Management Meetings, Training, Product Requirements Gathering and Project meetings, which will require you to travel regularly and occasionally away from home travel time will be required.1.10.Log and Resolve Support issues for your clients to assist the Support Department, when and if necessary.1.11.Log and Resolve Project Implementation Issues for your clients to assist the Implementation Department, when and if necessary.1.12.To play an active role in the Agile product development process by attending morning scrum meetings and resolving testing issues when and if necessary.1.13.Work with the Production Team in delivering and testing new functionality and projects for your clients.1.14.As an Account Manager you will work closely with REDi's Sales and Marketing team and play an integral role in the Business Development strategy, which will include;1.14.1.Acquisition of new clients, including presentations to prospects, marketing activities, drafting commercial proposals and closing sales.1.14.2.Retention of existing clients, customer surveys, pricing negotiations and any other activities that serve to enhance and improve the overall Customer Experience.1.14.3.Development and growth of existing clients, including presenting, up-selling and cross-selling of new features, functionality, products and services.1.15.It is expressly agreed by the Employee that should the work as set out in the job description above, be unavailable he/she will be prepared to perform any other suitable work which falls within his vocational abilities provided that it shall be without loss of remuneration.Skills and ExperienceSkilled in one or more of the following:Microsoft Product Suite.Experience:Depending on REDi requirementsPrevious experience as an Account manager preferableITSalesAdministrationTraining#J-18808-Ljbffr
