About the Role As a Business Development Manager, you are responsible for the full sales cycle of new business opportunities. You will leverage expertise and knowledge to convey credibility and assess customer needs, closing deals in a targeted and professional manner while achieving set sales targets and KPIs.
Responsibilities Achieve revenue targets.Achieve activity levels as required for the BDM role.Identify new clients and new business opportunities.Expand the account base through proactive prospecting, networking, and new logo acquisition.Create demand for the organization's products and services.Analyze market trends, sales data, and competitor activities.Provide regular reports and updates to management on account performance, forecasts, and key metrics.Effectively manage multiple sales opportunities.Requirements Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools.A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals.Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment.Legal, governance, risk, and compliance experience would be advantageous.Work in a way that works for you.
