Account Manager - Construction Industry

Hire Resolve's client is currently seeking an experienced Account Manager to join their team within the construction industry in Polokwane. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with key clients, driving sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction.Responsibilities:Achieve agreed-upon sales targetsAchieve agreed-upon profitabilityActively look for and create opportunities within the marketEstablish, develop, and maintain relationships with current and future customersProvide after-sales service and regular entertainment for customersEstablish and maintain a healthy prospect pipelineAchieve agreed-upon customer visitsConduct market and competitor analysisEnsure timely and accurate completion of inquiries, quotes, and tendersLoading of rental orders on the ERP systemAssist account personnel with collection of outstanding and overdue paymentsTimely and accurate completion of weekly/monthly reportsCompliance with all reasonable instructionsOccupational Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality ControlCompliance with the company's or client's SHEQ code of conduct and standardsCompliance with all COVID protocols requiredRequirements:Grade 12Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related fieldValid Driver's licenseMinimum of 3 years of relevant experience in Mobile units/construction product knowledgeSuccessful track record in achieving targetsReport writing and previous experience using an ERP systemAbility to read construction drawingsGood understanding of sales & rentalsStrong interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and colleaguesMust be able to use MS Office packageGood sales & communication skillsEnergetic, target-driven, driven & adaptableCompetent in administrative tasks (i.e., doing quotations, weekly sales reporting, lease agreements)Good planning and organizing skillsBenefits:Salary: R250K/yr - R350K/yr, salary negotiableApply for this role today, contact Ashley Feldtmann, Rebecca Grylls, or Thomas Stacey at Hire Resolve or on LinkedInYou can also visit the Hire Resolve website: hireresolve.us or email us your CV: ****** will contact you telephonically in 3 days should you be suitable for this vacancy.
