3rd Line Support Engineer________________________________________Location: East LondonSalary: £30,000 - £50,000 per annum________________________________________Are you an IT Professional looking for an exciting new role?About the CompanyOur client is a Bangladesh finance & trade company based in East London.Position OverviewAs the public face of the IT Department, the Service Centre provides essential support to their business and customers.The role provides the opportunity to work with enterprise-grade financial systems and develop new skills on the job.ResponsibilitiesSystems Administration:Manage Unix/Windows servers and Azure cloud.Implement backup, recovery, and security measures.Provide technical support and maintain documentation.Network Administration:Design and implement scalable networks.Maintain documentation and manage vendors.Use NetOps systems for monitoring.Cyber Security:Develop and enforce security policies.Conduct risk assessments and lead incident response.Ensure compliance with GDPR, PCI-DSS.Deploy security controls and SecOps monitoring.User Support:Resolve technical issues and manage user accounts (Windows AD, Office 365).Support Office 365 apps (Outlook, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive).Candidate RequirementsEssential Skills and Personal Qualities:Extensive IT support (1st to 3rd line).Strong troubleshooting, communication, and multitasking skills.Knowledge of Windows/Linux servers, DevOps, Office 365, Azure, scripting (Python, Unix).Strong networking knowledge (routing, firewalls, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, VPN).Experience with documentation and high-level support.Familiarity with cyber security tools.Apply now to Just IT and we will review your application.If you are suitable for the role, we will be in contact to discuss this opportunity.
