Entreprise en plein développement dans le secteur du nettoyage.Responsabilités :Gestion de la relation client : qualification d'appels, suivi pour échanges avec les commerciaux, gestion des dossiers.Participer à la complétude des dossiers, faire les relances nécessaires pour tous les dossiers administratifs (baux, contrats, documents manquants, …).Relecture de documents techniques / contrats.Organiser les déplacements des associés et secrétariat de la direction.Exigences :Permis B (car déplacement entre agence et chantiers).Expérience en administratif minimum de 6 mois demandée.Dynamisme, organisation, sérieux, implication et goût pour la relation client.Horaires :Selon la disponibilité du candidat : 2 possibilités.Semaine 1 : 7h30 - 12h30.Semaine 2 : 14h00 - 18h00.Type et durée du contrat :CDD de 3 mois, 24 heures/semaine renouvelable, possibilité de CDI.Conditions :Lundi, mardi et vendredi de 9h à 17h.
