Responsibilities: Assist brokers in managing client portfolios and providing expert advice on short-term insurance products. Conduct thorough needs analysis and risk assessments for clients to determine the most suitable insurance solutions. Prepare accurate and comprehensive insurance proposals and presentations for clients, ensuring compliance with FAIS regulations. Facilitate the application process for insurance policies, including gathering necessary documentation and liaising with insurance providers. Handle client inquiries and requests promptly and professionally, providing timely and accurate information and assistance. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and product offerings to effectively advise clients and support brokers. Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and marketing materials for client meetings and presentations. Collaborate with internal teams, including underwriters and claims specialists, to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients. Provide administrative support to brokers, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and maintaining client records. Uphold high ethical standards and compliance with all relevant industry regulations, FAIS requirements. Qualifications: FAIS accreditation is required. Proven experience in the Short-Term insurance industry, with a strong understanding of insurance products and regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and colleagues. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and insurance-related software applications Xplan. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Demonstrated commitment to professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
