The company is based in the Eastern Cape and open to candidates from Johannesburg and surrounds. The position will be remote if selected candidate is not based in the Eastern Cape.Requirements:Tertiary qualification in in Logistics/ Marketing / Business Administration would be advantageous.Strong Logistics/Business transportation experience.Have knowledge of the local trading marketConfident and self-driven.Driver's License.Fluent verbal and written in both English and Afrikaans.Good admin skillsTeam Player.Responsibilities:Follow up with existing customers to solidify mutual expectations of performance and growth.Maintain and update client record information.Acquiring new business while maintain existing client base.Keeping up with industry trends and new developments.Conduct introductory calls with new prospects.Plan approaches and pitches.Work with staff and other internal colleagues to meet customer needs.Forecast sales targets and ensure they are met by the team.Present business development training and mentoring to business developers and other internal staff.Research and develop a thorough understanding of the company's people and capabilities. Please consider your application unsuccessful should you not receive a response within two weeks of applying.
